Lost!
I'm lost without the beads! They've been on the back of my mind since April ( Read more... ) -
Done! Well, almost :)
The 92 remaining beads are sewn to the flowers, and the flowers are all pinned to the dress. I should be able to easily finish in an hour or two, if all goes as planned. It feels done though, as the beads really made up most of the work! And as for work, I worked more than I should've, but the drive to finish was too strong. I'm so glad I did! No ( Read more... ) -
Twenty!
Twenty beads left! It would be eighteen without the extra two :)
I made twenty one and three flowers today. I should finish the beads tomorrow :)

Almost!
The last three flowers, cut out! I decided to work on what seemed the most annoying first. Cutting velvet definitely is high on the list of annoying, always!

39+2!
I made 21 beads tonight! Why so many? I doubled the thread. I tried that in the beginning when a thread got stuck, but the center seemed to fill up too fast. A thread got stuck tonight, and I found out that it was actually fine and faster. The beads are probably a little less smooth, but honestly not enough to matter! Had I only known sooner!
